Andrew advises health care clients in connection with transactions and regulatory matters. Andrew’s practice focuses on advising physician, dental and veterinary groups, hospital systems, and other health care entities in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other transactions. He often serves as outside general counsel for his clients, assisting them with everything from corporate governance matters to navigating the complex regulations facing health care entities, such as the Stark law, antikickback statute and HIPAA. In addition to traditional health care practices, Andrew represents many private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in the health care industry. Andrew aims to help his clients close transactions efficiently and find practical solutions for any problems they may encounter.
