Tom focuses on real estate, hospitality and corporate transactions, including commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements and management agreements. Tom represents real estate and hospitality clients in a diverse array of matters and transactions, including purchases and sales of commercial properties and hotels. He also has extensive experience representing commercial tenants and landlords in leases of retail, office and industrial properties. Tom frequently works with tenants in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, bars and breweries. Tom regularly advises owners and operators nationwide on hotel management and restaurant management agreements. He also negotiates SNDAs and assignments of management agreements with lenders as security for such agreements.
