Eric Nelson is a partner and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP, where he focuses his practice on contractual and distribution issues, including those involving manufacturers, service providers, utilities and energy marketers. He has particular experience in commercial law; product distribution; dealership matters; secured transactions; service contracts; power purchase agreements; engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts; and capital equipment purchase and sale agreements. He has assisted numerous clients in bringing their products and services to market, through supply, sales representation and distribution agreements, and has counseled clients regarding product recall issues for both consumer and commercial products.
