Roger Feldman serves as the firm’s General Counsel and is responsible for all legal, ethical, and risk management matters pertaining to the firm. He devotes himself exclusively to these matters and no longer provides legal services for outside clients. Previously, Roger was a member of the firm’s corporate and securities practice group, where he served as a Practice Group Leader. His practice emphasized mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and general corporate transactions. Roger served as corporate counselor and advisor to a broad range of clients, from entrepreneurs to maturing companies to major corporations.
