Throughout his career, Kris Withrow has completed in excess of 400 domestic and cross-border mergers, and previously co-chaired Fenwick’s M&A. Kris has received numerous accolades and is consistently recognized for his work in M&A. He was named The Deal’s Dealmaker of the Year and Technology, Media & Telecom Dealmaker of the Year for his middle-market M&A work. He has also been recognized as a Top 50 Dealmaker in North America by Global M&A Network, a top lawyer for corporate and M&A work in San Francisco and Silicon Valley by Chambers USA, a “Leading Lawyer” for middle-market M&A by The Legal 500, one of the Daily Journal’s Top 20 attorneys in California under the age of 40, and a 2021 Dealmaker by MergerLinks, ranking among the top ten Mid Cap M&A lawyers in North America based on deal value and volume in 2021.
