Eric Shedlosky Bio

Eric Shedlosky concentrates his practice on debt finance and private equity transactions. He regularly represents companies, ranging from early startups to mature public companies, in connection with a variety of secured and unsecured lending and other corporate financing transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loan facilities, general working capital facilities, cash flow loan facilities, subordinated mezzanine facilities, equipment leasing facilities and acquisition financings. He also represents companies and investors in venture capital financings, growth capital financings, and other corporate transactions. Prior to joining Fenwick, Eric worked as an associate in the New York office of a leading international law firm.
