Thomas Kang concentrates his practice on strategic and practical business counseling for technology and life sciences companies, as well as venture capital firms. His deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by rapid-growth companies in different sectors from enterprise SaaS and generative AI software to consumer brands and robotics, allows him to offer invaluable guidance as businesses scale on a variety of matters and corporate transactions, including venture capital financings, debt financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.
