Jeffrey Becker counsels these organizations in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, governance issues, complex contractual arrangements, and other affiliations and collaborative efforts. He and his colleagues at Epstein Becker Green also provide legal advice and services relating to: antitrust in transactions; fraud and abuse, including Stark and anti-kickback; health care compliance; tax exemption issues; telehealth and telemedicine; value-based purchasing and accountable care; corporate restructuring; and virtual clinics. Prior to founding the firm in 1973, Jeffrey was associated with the Wall Street law firm of Shearman & Sterling, where he concentrated on corporate law.
