Gary Macdonald has been advising corporate entities, investors and management teams on M&A and related corporate finance work for many years, working closely with clients to understand their needs and to deliver constructive solutions to problems. Whilst technical excellence will always be at the heart of the service he delivers to clients, he always puts advice in a commercial context and frames it in accessible language. Gary looks to establish a deep understanding of the opportunities, pressures and challenges of the sectors his clients operate in, to ensure his advice is always pragmatic and driven by a desire to find solutions.
