Robert W. Kadlec has more than 35 years of experience representing clients in a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing transactions, corporate governance and securities law matters. Mr. Kadlec has extensive experience advising both private equity and corporate clients with leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations, minority investments, joint ventures and public company acquisitions and SEC reporting, among other matters. In addition to his role as a team lead for Duane Morris’ Fintech industry group, Mr. Kadlec has advised clients in a wide range of transactions in technology-driven industries, such as financial services, solar and renewable energy, aerospace and healthcare. Mr. Kadlec received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.S. from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a certified public accountant.
