Robert Hasday practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate and securities law. A member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, he is a 1975 graduate of Yale Law School, a graduate of the University of Chicago, where he earned his M.B.A., and a graduate of Brandeis University.
