Mitchell Moses, P.C. is a corporate attorney who represents businesses, public entities and financial institutions in matters related to energy, property, technology, governance and finance, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, financings; real estate development, leasing and sales and day-to-day corporate advisory. Mr. Moses is a 2009 graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was a member of the Journal of Business Entrepreneurship and the Law. He is also a graduate of Acton School of Business (M.B.A. 2006) and Texas Tech University (B.B.A., cum laude, 2005).
