Jeffrey Peyton practices in the area of corporate law with a focus on commercial finance. Mr. Peyton represents national and regional banks, asset-based lenders, mezzanine lenders, financial institutions and other business creditors in a variety of commercial loan transactions. Mr. Peyton’s finance transactions routinely include revolving credit, term loan, capital expenditure and letter of credit facilities, traditional accounts receivable and inventory financing, commercial real estate acquisitions and refinancing, construction loans, and the representation of administrative and collateral agents in syndicated credit facilities. Mr. Peyton also represents the firm’s business clients on corporate finance and event-driven transactions. Mr. Peyton is a 2012 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. In 2007, he received an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado and is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
