Jeffrey W. Peyton practices in the area of corporate law with a focus on commercial finance. Mr. Peyton represents national and regional banks, debt funds, private equity funds, asset-based lenders and other business creditors in a variety of commercial loan transactions. His finance transactions routinely include revolving credit, term loan, capital expenditure and letter of credit facilities, and involve merger and acquisition financings, traditional accounts receivable and inventory financings, and the representation of administrative and collateral agents in syndicated credit facilities. Mr. Peyton also represents the firm’s business clients on corporate finance and event-driven transactions. Mr. Peyton is a 2012 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, a 2007 graduate (M.B.A.) of the University of Colorado, and a 2004 graduate (B.A.) of St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
