Marc Kushner Bio

Marc is the head of Dorsey’s U.S. M&A practice and is a highly regarded M&A attorney with a focus on complex U.S. and cross-border transactions. Marc’s experience includes advising public and private companies, private equity firms and pension funds on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, recapitalizations and other transactional matters. In addition to advising Canadian clients on cross-border deals in the U.S., Marc has acted on large and complex international transactions involving companies worldwide, including in Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Canada, China, Africa, and Indonesia. Marc also has extensive expertise in representations and warranties insurance and has advised buyers, sellers, and insurers on many recent transactions.
