Evan Helps Emerging Companies Execute Strategic Financing And M&a Transactions So They Can Take Their Business To The Next Level. Evan has substantial experience representing public and private life science and technology companies across a broad range of matters that include venture capital and private equity financings, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and strategic technology transactions. In addition to maintaining an active specialty practice focused on the life science industry, Evan frequently advises underwriters on public offerings and private equity sponsors in the negotiation and execution of buyout transactions. Evan also advises U.S. companies and investors with respect to operations and investments in China, and is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. Evan is Co-Chair of the firm's life sciences and healthcare practice and leads Dorsey’s Corporate practice in Northern California. Evan is a former member of the firm’s Management Committee and oversaw the firm's strategic growth.
