Eric’s practice focuses on a wide range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, venture capital and private equity transactions, debt and equity offerings and corporate governance matters. Eric began his legal career at a large international law firm based in Cleveland, Ohio, where his practice focused on commercial real estate, secured debt finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. He also served as the associate general counsel for corporate transactions at a leading company in the fractional aircraft ownership industry, where he counseled senior management on strategic business issues and negotiated a broad spectrum of business agreements relating to the business aircraft industry.
