Christopher Sandor Bio

Christopher provides strategic counseling to entrepreneurs, investors and emerging growth companies at all stages, helping them close complex transactions. Christopher has extensive experience representing companies in venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic technology transactions. A significant amount of Christopher’s experience involves advising emerging growth companies at all stages of their life cycle, ranging from pre-incorporation planning, growth strategy and fundraising, to equity compensation and corporate governance matters. Christopher has also represented both companies and underwriters in a number of IPOs and other capital markets transactions, as well as in connection with SEC reporting and compliance matters. Christopher represents companies across a wide variety of industries that include technology, software and consumer products. In addition to Arizona, many of his clients are based in some of the most important hubs for innovation and venture capital on the West Coast, including the Bay Area and Los Angeles.
