Brian has extensive experience representing the nation’s largest companies and funds in acquisitions, divestitures and investments, including regular representation of one of the largest healthcare companies in its roll up of physician practice groups. He also regularly represents private companies, public companies and venture funds in all aspects of their businesses. Brian also serves on Dorsey’s Management Committee as Business Group Head, covering the Health Transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups.
