Tyler Hollenbeck practice focuses on securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate counsel, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging growth companies and venture capital firms. In addition to advising clients on general corporate governance matters, Mr. Hollenbeck has significant experience in entity formations, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and SEC reporting and disclosure. His clients include early stage, venture-backed and public companies, as well as venture capital investors and corporate investor and acquirers.
