Travis is on the leadership team for the firm's Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice. Many of the matters Travis works on are critical to his clients' long-term success. He focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on public offerings, private placements, corporate governance matters, SEC compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. He represents a number of public and private companies in a variety of industries, including technology, finance, manufacturing, and mortgage banking.
