Bio

Thomas Hendershot focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions where he represents public and private companies and private equity investors in domestic and cross-border transactions. In addition, he represents emerging growth companies and venture capital funds in growth equity and venture capital investments. Tom also counsels clients on general corporate law and the resolution of day-to-day legal issues. He has worked with early stage and mature companies in a variety of sectors, including computer software and hardware, e-commerce, mobile advertising and other mobile applications, web services and platforms, education, life sciences, healthcare IT and services, cyber security and intelligence, medical devices and government contracting. Tom also serves as outside general counsel to numerous non-profit entities in the Northern Virginia area.
