Thananan Sangnuan specialised in domestic, inbound and outbound mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and takeovers (with major focus on financial institutions M&A). Her expertise includes advising financial institutions and commercial banks in managing distressed debt and assets, asset management, NPL transactions, debt restructuring and acquisition finance. She also provides legal advice on securities offerings and rules and regulations of the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Ministry of Commerce. In addition, she has extensive experience in representing various domestic and international private equity funds in their investments and exit transactions.
