Teresa Zueco is Partner in the firm's Corporate, M&A and Private Equity group at the Madrid office. She previously worked at the Madrid and Paris offices of Dewey & LeBoeuf. She practices in the areas of general corporate law, cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, LBOs, MBOs, MBIs, and special situations and distressed investments. She has extensive experience on cross-border transactions for industrial and private equity clients involving Latin American and French investors.
