Stéphanie Sá Silva concentrates her practice in corporate M&A and, from a regulatory standpoint, has considerable expertise in the transport sector, particularly in air and rail. With over 18 years of experience, she has advised on various corporate matters, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, investment projects, restructuring operations, privatizations, and commercial agreements, across multiple sectors. Specifically in the transport sector, she has additionally advised on commercial, litigation, and regulatory matters. While the majority of her professional journey has been in private practice, she has also been the General Counsel of the Portuguese flag carrier, TAP Air Portugal.
