Petter Kjöllerström Bio

Petter Kjöllerström has over 20 years of experience in providing legal advice on corporate transactions, private equity investments, incentive programmes and corporate law issues. He works primarily with private equity firms and industrial players acquiring companies in Sweden, both with and without international operations. Petter has particular expertise in structuring and managing incentive programmes in investments, often with complex international components. Petter regularly assists both Swedish and international clients in all phases of M&A and venture capital investments, from due diligence and acquisition structuring to management and divestment. He works closely with our international offices, particularly in the Nordics, US, UK and Germany to deliver integrated advice with a global perspective. Petter also leads DLA Piper's Aerospace and Defence practice in Sweden, aiming to provide a comprehensive solution for players in a rapidly growing and safety-critical industry.
