Peter Ihrfelt works mainly with M&A and private equity. Peter has extensive experience of both domestic and cross-border transactions and he has acted in relation to investments within a large number of sectors. He also regularly serves as legal and strategic advisor to entrepreneurial businesses. Peter is also very experienced in advising on investments in wind power and other types of renewable energy sources. Peter heads DLA Piper's Energy sector in Sweden.
