Noel Haywood Bio

Noel Haywood has over 20 years’ experience of helping major corporate and institutional clients with domestic, international and cross-border acquisitions and disposals. Noel’s main areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, institutional exits, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, and post-merger integration. He focuses particularly on the consumer goods, food, retail, business services and industrials sectors. He has advised a number of major UK and international corporates including Intertek Group plc, Dignity plc, Finning International Inc, Hewden Stuart plc, 2 Sisters Food Group (incorporating Northern Foods) and Caparo Industries plc. Noel was seconded to NM Rothschild's investment banking team, where he was involved in several buy and sell side mandates for institutional and corporate clients.
