Luiz Augusto Osorio is an associate of Campos Mello Advogados' Corporate practice, based in Rio de Janeiro. Luiz focuses his practice on corporate law, securities, mergers and acquisitions and contracts. He advises clients on issues involving the planning and structuring of business transactions and corporate activities, including incorporation of companies, corporate reorganizations and restructuring, assembly of joint ventures, consortiums, associations, foundations, partnerships and other methods of organizing businesses, activities and enterprises. Luiz's client list is vast and includes Brazilian and international companies across many industry sectors, such as finance and banking service, hospitality and leisure, industrial goods and services, infrastructure, insurance, real estate and technology. Before joining Campos Mello Advogados in 2005, Luiz worked as a real estate and litigation trainee at a prominent Brazilian law firm.
