His extensive expertise extends to foreign and domestic investments, with a particular focus on private equity. He provides strategic counsel to fund managers navigating investment opportunities in Peru, ensuring thorough due diligence processes. Currently, Luis heads the Corporate and M&A practice in Peru and co-leads the US-LatAm Corporate M&A/Private Equity Practice for DLA Piper, solidifying his position as a leading practitioner in the field.
