Laurence Masseran advises clients in all types of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and cross borders. Her experience includes share and business acquisitions, disposals, group reorganizations, joint ventures, mergers and strategic alliances. She has also developed an extensive expertise in private equity transactions, leveraged buy-outs and management packages.
