Jordan Bailowitz Bio

Jordan Bailowitz is a business and tax lawyer who has extensive experience representing closely held businesses and their owners in connection with acquisition and disposition transactions, joint ventures, shareholder disputes, business succession plans and general tax planning. Jordan devotes a significant portion of his practice to the representation of equity investors, real estate developers, and property owners in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of complex joint venture transactions. In addition, Jordan advises on the tax aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, tax-free reorganizations and other significant corporate transactions. Jordan is a member of DLA Piper's Americas pro bono committee.
