Jang Hyuk Yeo focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, private equity transactions, and other general corporate matters. He also frequently advises clients on regulatory matters including CFIUS. With a practice spanning nearly two decades, Jang has worked on numerous high-profile cross-border transactions and has advised Korean companies in some of the most complex cross-border transactions. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Jang practiced in another global law firm as well as a Korean law firm where he has gained a reputation for being the go-to legal advisor for many Korean companies in connection with their overseas activities.
