Gerry Williams represents private equity and corporate buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate matters. Gerry has also counseled multiple clients in structuring entities to be certified as minority business enterprises. Gerry has counselled his clients in corporate matters in connection with transactions involving aggregate consideration exceeding US $7.5 billion in the last five years. Gerry is a member of the US Executive and Policy Committees and the Vice Chair of the Private Equity Group Southeast.
