Gerald Schumann is Office Managing Partner of DLA Piper’s Munich office. He advises clients on M&A transactions, both public takeovers and private mergers and acquisitions as well as on private equity and venture capital transactions. In addition, he advises national and international clients on reorganisations and general capital market and corporate law issues.
