Throughout his 25 year career Edmond has successfully advised financial institutions and other secured and unsecured creditors, DIP lenders, indenture trustees, corporate debtors, landlords, suppliers, boards of directors, purchasers, receivers, interim receivers, Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) monitors, bankruptcy trustees and Chapter 11 creditors' committees.
