Diego Noguera E. has broad experience in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities and capital markets. In the course of his professional practice, he has represented domestic and foreign companies, in various aspects of the buying and selling assets, both inside and outside of Chile, and in debt restructuring and corporate reorganization. Diego has advised companies in different fields on the local and international placement of securities, among them shares, bonds and ADRs. In addition, he has served as a director of a number of companies.
