David Beech has been advising on major corporate transactions for 13 years. David has a broad range of experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic equity investments, reorganisations and share incentives. David has particular experience of leading cross-border teams. David predominantly advises large corporates – since the start of 2018, he has led M&A and other transactions across a range of sectors for clients with market capitalisations that exceed USD107 billion in aggregate. Although David’s work spans many sectors, his practice has particular focus on deals in the Media, Sport and Entertainment, Technology, Consumer goods and services and Industrial sectors.
