Christopher practices corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, and private equity, in both national and international transactions. He has experience in a variety of sectors, including technology, manufacturing, and consumer goods, food and retail. Chris has spent several months on secondments at BP plc and Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited.
