Christoph Mager heads the Corporate and M&A practice in Austria. He has extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions, corporate structuring and reorganisations. Further, Christoph focuses on advising high net-worth individuals to structure their asset allocation and he is a recognized advisor for Austrian private foundations and foundations in Liechtenstein which he also uses to manage for clients as legal advisor and as member of the management board. In addition, Christoph has a thorough understanding of the automotive and the life sciences industries and regularly advises clients on industry specific matters and transactions.
