Christian Temmel has extensive experience in corporate, capital markets and securities law, with a special focus on capital markets transactions (debt and equity), M&A transactions and corporate restructurings. He regularly advises clients on both a national and an international basis. Christian heads the capital markets and public M&A practice as part of the Corporate practice in Austria.
