Christian Iannaccone focuses on merger and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and cross border mergers, assisting Italian and foreign companies as well as private equity funds and investment banks. Christian has been particularly involved in providing advice during all the phases of M&A transactions. He is also experienced in cross border mergers in particular in intra-EU mergers, de-mergers, reorganization and conversion of the companies. In addition, he has a particular focus on the drafting of share-purchase agreements, investment agreements, shareholders' agreement, joint-venture agreements, going concern transfer agreement and contracts in general.
