Christian Iannaccone is a Partner in the Corporate and M&A department and is based in the Milan office. He has acquired extensive experience in M&A, corporate finance and cross-border mergers, assisting Italian and foreign companies, private equity funds as well as investment banks. Christian provides regular advice during all phases of M&A transactions. He also deals with domestic and cross-border mergers, demergers, company transformations, corporate reorganizations, etc. Christian focuses on the drafting of share-purchase agreements, investment agreements, shareholders' agreements, joint-venture agreements, going concern transfer agreement and contracts in general. Christian is one of the leading experts on the FDI regulations in Italy and regularly holds courses in corporate law and FDI law at several organizations (including universities) in Italy.
