Charles Severs has extensive experience in both public and private mergers and acquisitions and equity capital market transactions. His work often includes working with large multi-nationals, leading on complex multi-jurisdictional deals. Charles acts for both listed and private companies with a particular focus on the technology, media and telecommunication sectors. Charles is consistently ranked highly by Chambers and Legal 500. He is currently ranked in Band 1 for Corporate M&A UK by Chambers Europe 2013.
