Antti Niemi practices primarily in the areas of banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution. With over decade of experience in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, Antti is continuously advising lending banks and financial institutions in connection with structured finance transactions. Antti has been engaged in a number of cross-border financial restructurings, advising both senior lenders and equity holders. Further, Antti regularly represents corporate clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings.
