Anders Kaasgaard is primarily engaged in corporate finance, including in particular capital markets, business transfers (M&A), Private Equity and company law. Anders Kaasgaard advises enterprises on business transactions as well as corporate factors and capital markets and has experience in venture investments and raising capital for entrepreneurial enterprises. Moreover, Anders provides advice within capital market law, including in relation to the acquisition and delisting of listed enterprises, the raising of capital, initial public offerings (IPOs) and private placements and in relation to ongoing board duties (disclosure requirements and corporate governance).
