Adam Spector represents clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other business transactions, through which he has extensive experience representing public companies of all industries in connection with their acquisitions of private businesses. Adam also advises clients on other transactional matters relating to, among other things, capital raising, venture capital investments, joint ventures, and strategic/commercial relationships. In addition to his transactional practice, Adam assists clients with general corporate and governance matters. He drafts and negotiates manufacturing, distribution, licensing, supplier, customer and other corporate agreements relating to his clients' business needs. Adam is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin and Illinois.
