Adam Ghander has extensive experience advising strategic acquirers, private equity and venture funds, and emerging companies and investors in a variety of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority and control investments, leveraged buyouts, growth equity financings, strategic partnerships and joint ventures. He works extensively with middle market and emerging companies and in industries such as technology, food and beverage, banking and financial services, healthcare, e-commerce and mobile applications, manufacturing and professional sports. In addition, Adam regularly advises early and growth stage companies on corporate governance matters, securities law compliance and strategic planning. He has represented buyers and sellers in cross-border transactions, guided acquirers and targets through auction processes and counseled officers and directors on fiduciary duties in the context of significant corporate transactions.
