Zhenlei Cao has practiced law for 30 years and has served as long-term legal counsel to many well-known enterprises. Hee founded the first law partnership in Jiangsu after working in a public law office for ten years. He has handled hundreds of civil and commercial litigation actions and intellectual property cases and has organized or participated in corporate division, corporate M&A and other projects. Once serving as legal counsel to the People’s Government of Suzhou, he handled many difficult and complex cases and led professional legal teams to complete many non-litigious corporate activities, such as M&A, division and equity restructuring.
