Shen Yi is a senior partner at Dentons, focusing on civil and commercial matters, criminal cases, intellectual property and corporate matters. Shen counsels governmental clients, joint venture (JV) companies and private enterprises, having recently handled a number of reorganization and liquidation cases for high-profile local companies. He has experience handling civil and commercial disputes and contract disputes between financing institutions, in addition to financing, legal risk evaluation, non-performing asset disposal, equity transfer, enterprise reformation and liquidation.
