Dr Utz Andelewski is Partner in Dentons’ Berlin and Frankfurt offices. He advises companies on all issues of individual and collective employment law as well as social security law. He focuses mainly on advising companies of various industries in restructuring and recapitalization as well as cost optimizations including legal representation at court. Another focus is advising statutory health insurances on social security law. In the area of ecclesiastical employment law, Dr Andelewski advises numerous ecclesiastical institutions on all issues of individual and collective employment law and represents them before state and church courts.
