Tomáš Bílek is a partner in Dentons' Prague office. Tomáš was previously the Co-Head of the Salans' Corporate & Employment Practice Groups in Prague & Bratislava. He focuses his practice primarily on corporate law matters, mergers and acquisitions, employment, competition and participates in transactions involving foreign investment in the Czech Republic.
